COLUMBUS, Ohio (WDTN) – An amendment asking for the legalization of marijuana in Ohio will be on the ballot in November.

A top NORML official says the number of states that vote in favor of legalizing or decriminalizing cannabis next year will affect the legal marijuana movement’s momentum.


Even though Senate support for a medical marijuana bill is building, it’s not getting the support it needs.
