Supporters of marijuana legalization will get four chances across the country in November to add to the expanding map of states where the drug is legal for recreational and medical use.

Michigan and North Dakota have measures on the ballot to legalize recreational marijuana for adult use.

In Missouri, there are three initiatives on the ballot to legalize marijuana for medical use, and voters in Utah will also vote on medical marijuana.

The ballot initiatives come as the push to legalize marijuana in a variety of states has picked up steam over the past year.
