The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission recently decided to waive a vote on a fee tacked onto the cannabis. The Social Equity Excise Fee amount was expected to have been voted on by the CRC that would determine raising the fee from $1.24 an ounce to as much as $30 for 2025 on the cultivation
