The State of New York is now being sued by a collection of anti-cannabis campaign groups in an effort to force a rollback on legalization. On June 20th, a lawsuit was filed targeting the State of New York, its Governor Kathy Hochul, the Cannabis Control Board and the Office of Cannabis Management
