People with cerebral palsy in Michigan will now be able to treat their condition with medical marijuana.
The state’s Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs agreed this week to add cerebral palsy to a list of debilitating medical conditions approved for treatment with medical marijuana.
That brings the list of conditions that qualify patients for a medical marijuana card to 28.
State officials also decided to deny a request to have Chronic Aggressive Behavior included on that last.
