At a time when pop-up dinners have become a popular way to meet new people and have intimate, chef-hosted dinners, Carroll and her fiancé, Ryan Bush, are hosting a new kind of prix-fixe dinner in San Francisco. Labeled “The Cannaisseur Series,” they offer up four courses of gourmet food, a selection of beer and wine, and a carefully curated list of marijuana to have between courses.
