Marijuana amendment will go before Ohio voters in November

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WDTN) – An amendment asking for the legalization of marijuana in Ohio will be on the ballot in November.

2 NEWS just learned that according to Josh Eck, press secretary for the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office, Secretary Jon Husted certified the newest signatures on ResponsibleOhio’s petition and the amendment can move forward.
